With ECM™ COP the platform provides a seamless integration to enable you to take back ownership of the interaction between your customers, and the services you & your partners provide.

Your customers can place cash order requests, advise of deposits, download data, and self-service using our ICSP portal. That data is then shared through ECM™-COP to your supply chain network, with fulfilment, processing & tracking data from your partners reported back through to your internal teams, and onto your customers via the portal. This removes reliance on your partners for information and guarantees that you own the customer relationship across all aspects of your cash supply chain.

The platform will also integrate with billing & accounts systems, to simplify any financial “back-end” aspects of your operations & oversight. The system can also be used to oversee third party inventory holdings, external stock movements & virtual vault inventories.

We provide the platform either as an “On premises” deployment, or via our ECM™ Imperium SaaS solution.
